my story

After spending the past decade building my life & career in New York City, I decided it was time to pack my bags and relocate to Denver, Colorado, where I currently live with my partner and our two foster-fail dogs. In addition to working with my coaching clients, I am also a Senior Director of Sales Enablement at LinkedIn, where I lead a team of ~50 high performing individuals, responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and performance for our Talent Solutions business ($9B in annual revenue.)

My team is responsible for developing confidence and skills for LinkedIn’s sales reps, managers, and senior leaders. With this focus on transforming careers, it should come as no surprise that I am insatiably passionate about helping my clients realize their full potential so they can lead their most fulfilling lives at work and at home.

So perhaps with such a full plate at work, you might be wondering how I found myself also running my own business. A fews years ago, I realized something. Despite having cultivated a successful corporate career, I wasn’t able to shake the feeling that there was something missing. Through working with my own coach, I came to a realization: I was most fulfilled when helping others identify their purposes and build the confidence and skills to achieve them. It was then I embarked on my journey to become a certified coach, and began working with clients in my spare time. Seeing the tangible results from this work was so deeply rewarding that I decided to turn my passion project into a business and Kira Adrienne Coaching + Consulting, LLC was born.

Today, I help everyone from emerging leaders to executives embrace their inflection points, push them to set bold goals, quiet their inner critics, and show up as the authentic, influential leaders they are.

I am a no-nonsense coach. While I bring a sense of compassion and support to every coaching session, my sole purpose in coaching is to help you step into your authenticity and reach your potential. To do that, it is important that I have your permission to establish new habits that work in your favor, hold you accountable for owning your future, and to push you beyond your comfort zone — because that’s where transformation happens.

I have completed my coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest coach training and certification organization in the world, and am currently working towards my Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation
